Room Heater Price in Pakistan 2026 — Which One Should You Buy?

Winter in Pakistan means one thing for most households: figuring out how to heat a room without the electricity or gas bill spiralling out of control. If you're shopping for a room heater this season, the real question isn't just "what's the price" — it's whether gas, electric, or a combo heater actually fits your home.

At Bismillah Electronics, our current room heater lineup runs from Rs. 9,500 to Rs. 17,300, covering gas, electric, and dual-fuel options. Here's what's actually available right now, and how to pick between them.

Room Heater Prices at Bismillah Electronics — 2026

Model Type Price
Canon Room Heater 52-A Gas Rs. 9,500
Gree Electric Heater GEH-800G Electric Rs. 10,500
LG Room heater LG-020 Electric + Gas Rs. 11,500
Canon Room Heater 804 Gas Rs. 11,600
Canon Room Heater 814-S Gas Rs. 17,300

Canon Room Heater 52-A — Rs. 9,500

The cheapest heater in our current lineup. It's a gas heater with a single large ceramic plate, auto ignition, and an enamel-coated frame in the classic "balti" (bucket) design. Simple, no electronics to go wrong, and it heats up fast once lit.

Best for: anyone with a reliable gas connection who wants the lowest upfront cost and doesn't need multiple heat settings.

Gree Electric Heater GEH-800G — Rs. 10,500

Our only pure electric room heater at the moment. Gree markets this as a wide-area, big-throw heater suitable for outdoor or semi-open spaces, with auto power-off if it tips over and a design aimed at maximum output for relatively low energy draw.

Best for: homes without a gas connection, or anyone who wants a heater that plugs in and runs with no ignition or ventilation to manage.

LG LG-020 (Electric + Gas) — Rs. 11,500

This is the flexible option. It runs on electricity (1000–2000W) or gas (2000W input, 13B/P propane-butane, 28-30 mbar), with a ceramic heating element and electric ignition. If load-shedding or gas load-shedding is a concern in your area, a dual-fuel heater like this means you're not stuck without heat when one supply drops.

Best for: households dealing with unpredictable gas or electricity supply who want one heater that covers both.

Canon Room Heater 804 — Rs. 11,600

A step up from the 52-A with four ceramic heating plates instead of one, giving wider heat coverage. Still gas-powered with auto ignition and the same enamel-coated frame build.

Best for: slightly larger rooms where a single-plate heater won't cover the space fast enough.

Canon Room Heater 814-S — Rs. 17,300

The most capable gas heater we currently stock. Also four ceramic plates with auto ignition, positioned as the higher-spec option in the 800-series — worth it if you want the most heat output available in a Canon gas model.

Best for: larger rooms or homes that heat one main space most of the evening and want stronger output than the 804.

Gas, Electric, or Both? A Quick Way to Decide

Choose gas if: you have a reliable gas connection, want the lowest running cost, and are comfortable following basic ventilation practices. All three Canon heaters above are gas.

Choose electric if: you don't have a gas line, live somewhere gas pressure drops badly in winter, or want a heater with zero combustion indoors. The Gree GEH-800G is your option here.

Choose electric + gas if: you get load-shedding on either utility and don't want your heating to depend on just one supply. The LG LG-020 covers this.

How Much Will an Electric Heater Add to Your Bill?

For the Gree GEH-800G or the electric mode on the LG LG-020, the rough math is:

Units used = Power (kW) × Hours run

A 1000W heater run for 3 hours uses 3 units (3 kWh). A 2000W heater run for the same 3 hours uses 6 units. Multiply the units by your electricity board's per-unit rate to estimate the cost — rates vary by slab, so check your own bill rather than relying on a flat number.

Gas heaters don't have this same per-unit electricity math, but running cost still depends on your gas tariff and how many hours the heater burns per day.

Safety Basics Before You Buy

For gas heaters (52-A, 804, 814-S): make sure the room has some ventilation, don't run it in a fully sealed space overnight, and keep it away from curtains and bedding.

For the electric Gree heater: keep it on a stable, flat surface, don't cover it while running, and avoid using it with a damaged plug or extension cord.

For the LG dual-fuel unit: follow the specific instructions for whichever mode you're using — electric and gas heating elements have different safety considerations even in the same appliance.

Which One Should You Actually Buy?

If budget is the only concern and you have gas: the Canon 52-A at Rs. 9,500 is the cheapest way to heat a room this winter.

If you don't have gas or don't want an open flame indoors: the Gree GEH-800G at Rs. 10,500 is your only current electric option.

If your area has unreliable gas or unreliable electricity: the LG LG-020 at Rs. 11,500 is worth the extra cost for the flexibility.

If you're heating a bigger room and gas is available: skip the single-plate 52-A and go for the Canon 804 (Rs. 11,600) or 814-S (Rs. 17,300), depending on how much output you need.
